Am really confused about this phase 1.5 because in karmatic time trio Karma sans is in phase one but in chaotic he appears in phase two so… I guess he appears in phase two but hurted? And if is that the case, then who is the replacement for karma in the first phase?

The logic of him in Phase 2 is just because it makes it so he fits in both phases without causing any major changes to either of their Trios. He is not replaced in the first phase and rather just their in the second I assume to keep the group short and simple while still some what canon to both of their respective trios.
