    why I have seen you only right now? A person with ADHD and 44 years old I am always struggling Anxieties, depression and procastinating, and these all come together and resulted lack of confidence. I am thankful that someone like you sharing knowledge exists. Starting today, i know it is not easy to fight all these because of my disorder, but today will be my start to a better life. Thank you.

    My absolute favorite excercise to get involved and centered is trail running and mindful stretching. 90 mins max. I need an hour before a mindful day

    Awesome!!! I'm at the point of creating a framework for myself and mostly concluded same things but hearing from a pro 👍 And with so much clarity that I guess I may save years "exacting" 😀so thank you!!!And so true on procrastination, all reasons true for me. But do you know why mind does it, mean you know you need something so badly and you love it, but mind then procrastinate, do you know why?
