@@maxbooster9532 Rules have changed unfortunately, it was permanent in the past. Now depending the situation, 6 months or permanent is applied, depending of the scenarios.

Out if curiosity: Is it a hack that the hazard lights are illuminated permanently like shown? I am asking because I see this every now and then on the server. Should we report those?

Hello. Exactly, to have the hazard lights as it was showing, you need a trainer hack, so in other words, a cheat engine to have that. §2.1 - Hacking/Bug/Feature abusing Using any kind of tool to change gameplay, including but not limited to using the in-game console, trainers or cheat engine

@@tunatmp i think you can do that by turning hazards and pressing F1 to pause the game while your vehicle is stopped that doesn't count as a result of banning while the vehicle is stationary right ?

I can't believe it, all school examples of banning. 🤣 A server that is beautifully designed with the intention of socializing, nice relaxed driving, so that individuals non-stop pretend to be smart.

Frozen hazard lights. Only with a cheat engine / trainer you can get that. Cheers

0:40 reviewed 1 ban, I believe that the ban is not deserved, the man was driving in his own lane. The yellow truck was rearranging from 3 lanes to the 1st lane, thus undercutting the given player....

Okay, I agree with that, he could have slowed down. Then I have a question about another situation. Here at 5:40 a person overtakes everyone on the curb and squeezes into the flow of cars. Bottom line: Administrator bans the person who didn't let the offender pass, and the offender is not banned....@@Nathan_srn

Hey. Both of them have been banned if you watch again, but those situations cant be compared directly, they are different. About your first comment, its only kickable since the player behind had more than enough time to react. If such player didnt decide to keep speeding and overtaking at the right, being or not the other player wrong, he wouldnt get banned.

1:13 dont you think the orange guy was at fault . he crossed two lanes . than ban was uncalled for

Hey. I agree, but the fact is that the banned player clearly noticed the orange truck and still decided to keep speeding at 110km/h without taking any effort to slow down while also overtaking at the right. Based on that, the orange truck move was dangerous, but not something to a ban as the black truck could easily brake and overtake at the left. The max could have been applied here would be a kick. For the black truck, he couldnt keep speeding and overtaking that way.

First, he was behind the orange truck, which means that he had to slow down, he was overtaking in the stop lane, which should not be done, destroying the green area and public property.

@@tunatmpi mean its a fight or flight situation caused by the orange truck . the guy choose flight ( also was honking at him ) . Some people tend to only do one swerve in traffic accidents rather than brake cause their mind is not able to process braking and turning simultaneously . I mean its very debatable but i think orange truck should also get half of the ban cause otherwise i dont see him the only reason of reckless.
