u can simply get a bootable usb with the windows version u want and use this to access the cmd then create a new user with admin privileges and ur good to go dunno if it works on win 11 though

The case scenario this video is for not having access to any bootable device And the way you are talking about it works on win 11

Small issue, when you try doing that now Windows actually asks you for the password of the user but the whole point of it is to get access to the machine without password but now it asks for password when I try opening CMD in the recovery menu. Is there anyway I can bypass that as well because otherwise it just defeats the purpose of the entire thing.

There's a tool hiren boot cd you can easily change password and other things :)
