Uda Invented and designed the Yagi-Uda antenna. Yagi then translated that work into English, which is how he's name came associated with the antenna. One sometimes see oldtimers or pedants refering to it as the "Uda-antenna" due to this.
Fantastic. Thank you.

I like the presentation, Karen. Keep up the great work! Keep the confidence there and I would simply add over-lay text during the montage phase to refer to any corrections made on this rich lecture. :) ..aaaand subscribed.
thanks. very much
awesome
Try going to KZread and load your classes, then find links in Description. Not there could you update> Thinks so much.
Hi Karen,....With importance of measuring Yagi antenna gain in the Fraunhofer Far Field Zone calculated by using the antennas Largest Diameter or Length...On a Long Boom Yagi relative to Smaller Dipole length, Is D the Boom Length or the Dipole Length used in the Far Field calculation ? Thx much...
Can you post actual links to the resources you have near the end of each class? I was very interested in some of the VNA references from week 2 and the open source software.
Finally somebody said it. Very attractive professor!!
She's good with RF + Smart + Hot ... :-)
