My last piece took me almost 10 hours to complete but I realize that I could’ve just documented me making it and then a final reveal. That way I could’ve had enough reels for the time it took to complete. I’ll be testing this on my next piece, it’s trial and error but we are all gonna get it in 💪🏾

Thank you for sharing all these suggestions, being a creator can be so overwhelming when you are starting and the part of actually creating the content can be a little bit scary when you don't know the platform so well. Phew, that's a lot. I started with one long form video a week and within the past month and a half, maybe two I've started doing 5 shorts, so one Monday-Friday and then one long-form video. I just reuse my shorts for KZread for both TikTok and Instagram. They all lead back to my KZread channel anyway. 💞

On the being "ruthless aspect", my goal is to film 25 shorts a week to schedule out, so enough for 1 month of content. If I continue this for a little over a year I should have 5 years worth of shorts/TikToks/IG reels. Then I can really dive into longform content and work on getting ahead in those as well.

Hey Jade, this video was IT. I'm already doing so much of this but my challenge is in editing. I have SO much content on my phone, backups etc. that I just haven't posted because editing YT videos takes me forever, and I'm currently only posting 1x long vlog a week 🙈 How do you do it? Do you have someone helping you edit?

I would love to hear you talk about promoting yourself on each platform. Personally, I don’t like IG. I love Twitter and I’m trying to get into tiktok but I’m not on social media like I used to be (except twitter lol my fav). I would love to hear your insight on “promoting your content as you come out your shell and how to promote on all platforms”. Thank you ☺️

haha.... And now there's me creating quality vlogs... My editing is in fact really efficient now, after years of practice. However, each of my long-form youtube video's still take me around 20-40 hours to script (yes: vlogs are also scripted! except the scripts are made using transscripts of the raw videos), edit and post. So, making two of those each week? Plus tiktoks, plus shorts, plus...? No can do.

Can you please tell me which light you using ? For filming

I have a very talented video editor however you can use any editing platform to crop your video to the correct size! (1080px x 1920px)

Is it 16 completely different topic? I don’t like posting the same thing on my other social media because then what’s the point of sharing links if it’s the same thing everywhere, people from IG won’t come to YT if they see the same thing 🤔 but it’s impossible to create that much content that is completely different. I love the idea of the bank of content.

To the person who is reading this, don't give up on your channel. keep going. ❤ I also have a KZread channel and It seems quite difficult to grow, but dont worry. It's going to get better ❤
