    Perfeito.

    I find it amusing how many people are worried about the brushes on a somewhat cheap and sacrificial motor. (Same kind of motor you can scavenge from a lot of throw-away gizmos or toys.) This gives one last hurrah out of it, like running a slot car on a pair of 9V batteries.

  • @alexwang007

    @alexwang007

    2 жыл бұрын

    It will actually not go faster and instead provide more torque. For a motor to go faster you need to reduce the back EMF, ie inductance

  • @alexwang007

    @alexwang007

    2 жыл бұрын

    @J-Seven if you for example, wind less windings, the motor will spin faster (less inductance). You could also weaken the magnetic field using what's called field weakening. If you don't want to physically alter the motor, you can simply apply more voltage, as when the back EMF matches the applied voltage, the motor cannot spin any faster without the forementioned tricks.

    What I've learnt from Electro Mecanical Energy Conversion Lecture, providing less winding with bigger radius cable decreases efficiency significantly. It may turn faster, but it'll draw significantly higher current than the original one, also will have heat problems when works long time. Also notice that to comparasant; If assuming we want to have same RPM for both original and modified ones, Modified one will draw more current. So that modification just allows more current to have more RPM while decreasing its efficiency significantly. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thx.

    This is not the right way of increasing speed. Here the wire was thicker to allow more current carrying capability. The gain in torque would come at a cost of wasting energy as heat. A far better alternative is to choose a thinner wire, and increase the turns. That will result in higher speed, higher torque at the same input power

    он еще и обмотку первую в обратную сторону намотал.. В старом выпуске моделиста-конструктора был проект самолета с электрическим двигателем наподобие этого. Но там для увеличения оборотов и тяги делались следующие вещи 1. удлинялся ротор за счет второго моторчика - разбирались два моторчика и ротор собирался из двух наборов пластин. 2. Толщина пластин уменьшалась до 0.3-0.4мм(если не ошибаюсь) 3. Провод брался ТОНЬШЕ стокового. Например, от катушки зажигания (0.1мм) 4. Корпус тоже переделывался.

    Ao invés de colocar um filamento mais grosso não daria pra fazer com o mesmo do original só que mais vezes enrolado no mesmo lugar , tipo ao invez de colocar um filamento o triplo de espessura colocar 3x mais filamento do original que vem nele daria na mesma?

    Não. Fórmula para calcular o campo magnético: B = N.μ.i2.r , como pode ver, a corrente tem ação quadrática no campo magnético. Aumentando número de espiras você aumenta a resistência e diminui a corrente. Ou seja, diminui a potência. Diminuindo o número de espiras você aumenta a corrente (perfeito), porém se o fio é fino ele não vai suportar a corrente e vai queimar... Por isso, o correto é colocar menos espiras porém um fio grosso para suportar a corrente (vai gastar mais bateria, claro)...

    The motor will going to run at higher speed but as the brush or the slip rings provided on the motor are going to teared fast because the brushes provided in this toy motor is as per the configuration of the motor so to change the speed of the motor we must also have some change in its design also.
