Just an FYI: you can totally disassemble the hot end from the aluminum pipe to clean it out. It unscrews and is not welded. I disassemble and soak them in acetone for a few hours.

I took one down in part 2 of this short series. Yes and it is all metal. At the point I had video'd it, other channels were talking about "upgrading" to all metal. People were under the assumption is was not all metal. Most people still believe that today.

Very well explained video. Out of the 12 hrs of printing, how many times have you had to clean out a clog? From what I've read, the E3D hot end is a magnitude better. The size and fins will help a ton with heat management. But hey, you know that already.

+eviltwinx It happened once I'd guess around day 8, then it happened recently and effectively I have to take it apart clean it, I get one job, then the next one fails if I don't clean it. Thus why I'm trying to address the problem with real changes to try to prevent it again.
