when you shorten trousers mark off and cut to length, then turn inside out, make/iron hem then sew the outside on top, this will ensure that your top thread is the one which matches the material rather than changing bobbin thread to match which is a waste. Just a thought. Love the leather name tag.

This is such a great video, i asked several seamstresses if they could do this for me and all of them said it could only be done by splitting open the inner seam to be able to to sew the added pockets at a cost of 50.00 to 60.00 per pocket ...WHAT ??? Honestly it's easier if your short like I'm 5'7" and I need a 27 inseam so if I do and order say a 34 inseam I have plenty to take off and use

Hopefully they are preshrunk but they look like some Edwin raw denims to me. And if indeed they are raw they might become a bit short after a first rinse... That is one of the reasons they put this extra length to it.
