Please do a routine when you come from schl at 2 45 pm and then have tuition at 4 to 5:30 and then it is compulsory to go out for 40 mins at 5:50 pm to 6:30 pm for a walk or for cycling and then you sleep around 11:30. Pls make a without schl routine also on the same
