Beautiful! Really glad I added Blackbox to my rig. It'll assemble all my hardware patches, into finished tracks!!!

Very nice! The truth is the Blackbox is capable of everything the nanos are, just nobody seems to use them that way. The lemondrop is my favorite of the nanos, but the Blackbox does wave, granular, sampling, 16 track sequencer. It’s a drum machine, a synth, a sampler and getting better all the time! Like many people I love the way experimental ambient sounds are going, and you nailed it here. A beautiful peaceful outdoor picnic style video. Loved it!

Thanks a lot !! I ignored the black box for a long time and only recently got it. Really great device... especially the ability to play samples polyphonically... and to easily loop samples with the fades.

the granular on BB is not nearly as powerful as that on the LD though. and it can make it glitch if you do too much. I also think the sound quality on the nanoboxes sounds a bit nicer than the BB.

@@substan_music I’m positive you are right on that, I’m in a position many are not to make it work. I have granular on several eurorack modules and the microcosm. And some handy updates from Arturia, mono, but better than nothing! lol happy new year!

can the blackbox do all of that with the same audio qaulity of the nanoboxes or what is the difference? I am considering the blackbox to use it as a multisampler like the tangerine, but I am not sure it works and it does it in that way. I would like to use it for live looping, like I was doing with a guitar and a looping pedal, but I do not understand if that would be possible either with a pedal. I wonder if it is possible to use it as a multitrack recorder as well. sending it out the clock when recording and recording midi at the same time? that would be marvellous

Love what you have done here. Thanks for sharing. I've had the Lemondrop for a few months now, and think it is very good. So much so, that I considered buying other 1010Music products. First it was Lemondrop, then the Eurorack Bluebox, then just a few days ago, the Blackbox. I have really come to enjoy these things a lot. Best wishes for your continued journey through sound 🎶☮🌎

Thanks !! Just 2 sounds are coming (made with the Lemondrop) .. the rhythmical, percussive loop and the drone sound at the beginning.

Vielen Dank Menne !! Ja irgendwie ist die Blackbox bisher bei mir unterm Radar durchgegangen .. jetzt hab ich was kompaktes für den Urlaub gesucht und mir die kleine Kiste nochmal näher angeschaut. Klar bleibt einiges zu wünschen übrig .. einen zweiten lfo oder mehr Möglichkeiten zur Klangformung .. und wie für 1010 üblich etwas "schräg". Aber im Gegensatz zu den Elektrons ist der sequencer mit seinen 256steps oder Samples polyphon spielen zu können schon herrlich und bietet andere spannende Möglichkeiten.

@@substan_music der 2. Lfo ist definitiv auf meiner Wunschliste und ich hoffe auf ein kommendes Update. Ich hab den Oxi One oft dran, der hat 2 Lfo und genügend Modulationsmöglichkeiten. Zusammen sind die beiden Geräte sehr stark . Neben den langen Samples ist Granular und Slicing im Hosentaschenfotmat ist auch sehr nice. 3 Main Ausgänge find ich ❤️. Hab die Blackbox im Urlaub auch mit dabei 😉👍

Thanks !! No .. Blackbox sends midi to Lemondrop and Lemondrops audio into blackbox input. But with the many outputs of the blackbox it would be easy and interesting to do. 👍
