Wow, I had that exact bike back in 1978 when I was a very young trooper in the 82d. Bought it from Kawasaki of Fayetteville. Loved it, miss it very much. Had the black Denco chambers and lower handlebars, set back pegs etc. Same exact color. I liked the green and the purple a lot.

Great 750 Kawy. Had one of these 750 cc that I bought brand new in 1974. Sold my 350 Kawy and bought the 750 when I was 17 years young. Wish I still had it. It was a fun ride. Sold the 750 and bought a new KZ 900 Kawy in 1976. Then in 1983 bought a GPZ 1100 Kawy. Wish I still had all 4 bikes from that era. They were so much fun riding. Have had Hayabusa's and R1's for many years and now at 66 I still ride my Gen 2 2019 Busa. Ontario Canada.

I had one in the 70's, same color and the tank slapper almost killed me. Glad you have a steering damper.

Memories are priceless. Rode the H1 always wanted H2. Bought the GS1100E which I still have in all original condition. Nothing beats a 3 cylinder smoker. Enjoy it.

DAMN, the one bike I was not able to afford at the time was, your bike, I loved the E model. Still to this day it to me is the most beautiful 4 cyl bike. With bags or without. Just gorgeous. Cheers.

Great video! I had a 73 H1 back around 1980 but it needed some TLC so I didn't ride it much before selling. Now I wish I'd have kept it. There's no sound like a 2 stroke triple!

Beautiful 750cc H2. They are extremely rare and expensive here in Germany. The only offer currently is 20,000 euros. I bought a Kwaka ZX7R. Not a two-stroke like the H2 but still a great motorcycle. To be honest, the older motorcycles without electronic bells and whistles have MUCH more character. Greetings from the wild west of Germany.

Nice bike. I used to have one too. H2 750. 16:40 - just started to open it up - on the pipe. Sounds great - no ring slap - it's only 2,000 miles past running it in.

My only complaint on the motor, center cyl would burn out sooner. They designed the cooling a bit weak. Old school thats all. Had the 350 400 and 500, they all had the same issue. Still love the bikes.

What a fantastic bike and video. You need to bring it to the Annual Eastern 2-Stroke Meet in the Smokey Mountains!

My first learner bike was a KH 250. My primary reason for buying it was that awesome sound,on passing my bike test,I fully intended to buy an H2,but I just wasn't convinced that the frame was up to the job of handling the power of the 750 motor and ended up with a Kawasaki Z 1000,which,I'm afraid turned me away from 2 strokes!.

These are from when bikes were bikes. The only reason I didn’t get your one is because I have issues with symmetry. I got the 900 4 into 4 exhaust. Couldn’t cope with an odd number exhaust, but, I do love your bike. You have done a great job. Keep on ridin Bro.

My dad had an H1, but one thing you can also upgrade is the chain. At that time, US Chains Roller Bearings were made to SAE, not metric, the best built American chain is Blue Diamond chains.

A correct set of expansion chamber pipes will wake that bike up. And be closer to the widowmaker it was known to be called.

...so as long as my grandmother rides it in 1st gear under the speed limit, it handles just fine. I remember them differently, but I don't know what my Granny thought if them.

Its crazy that my KX500 makes more power than these in stock condition... These would be much better with reed valve intakes..

It handles great if you drive it like a little old lady. Why keep it under 70mph and 6k rpm. If you want to drive it like a vespa, buy a vespa. I never understood why people buy high performance machines and don't operate them at a high level of performance.

😈🔱👿.. Who doesnt want a bike thats called a WIDOWMAKER 🤗... But grandpa should have just got a bmw to ride slow and put put around on... If you cant pop a wheelie on this bike why did you want it ?... Same thing as a 100 year old man owning a gasser or fast car... Drive it like you stole or sell it to someone who can 😈🔱👿
