Thank you and sure, I will make videos about initial phase in US as next series. Rental home searching is in my List of videos to create. Once I make it and share the link. Below would be the major rental home options 1. Check with manager or friends in that location for Good apartment. 2. Apartments.com , realtor.com, Zillow.com websites will have rental homes with reviews. From those websites, we can connect to the rental homes. 3. Roomies.com will have rental sharing with other people. 4. indianroommates.sulekha.com will have rental sharing with Indian people. If you are traveling soon, let me know. I can prioritize rental home video and shoot that video.

So Neenga already realtor pathrundenga na.. realtor agent kita once kaetukonga whether we are allowed to buy with current visa situation nu. Safer option is after getting H1B visa petition approved. Mostly June end kula petition status therinjidum. My suggestion would be to search homes and finalize areas or realtor. Make any payment or advance only after H1B petition approval. Regarding Home Purchase: Neenga realtor contact panenga na home lists send panuvanga or Willow or realtor app la homes analysis panalam. New home na: Neenga endha builder and location finalize panunga, finalize pani next steps porapa H1B vandhirukum. Already built home na: market la vudanae sale aagidum ipolam so romba nal market la irukadhu. If you get a home which meets all your dream home, then you can proceed for next steps. Can freshers be able to get an H1-b visa?! I completed BCA, I got a job offer from a US company?! Is it possible to get this visa.... How about educational certificates,original degree certificate vara 2 years agum so provisional certificate iruntha ok va anna?!

@@sanjayjaysan Hi Bro, as long as company is valid US company and hiring for jobs in US. They can apply for freshers or experienced ppl. This year H1B lottery is over on March. they can file only on next March 2025. Check with them, when they are applying for you. If you are joining new company for H1B, review if they have recruited ppl in H1B in H1B sponsor database. Also don’t pay for any H1B related expenses, if you are asking you to pay anything, double check everything about that company sometimes consultancies will get money and cheat. If everything seems fine and lottery gets selected, check with them if the provisional certificate, mark sheets and educational qualifications are fine for filing H1B petition.
