How long it takes 100 years?
It's not so easy... For getting even I 140 approved it will take year. And to gc approval take even a decades of waiting

@@lutfilubany6823 You do not need to wait. Once you are in the US and your H1b status is active, your employer can proceed to petition on your behalf.

@@lutfilubany6823cuando fui al abogado de inmigración en julio2023 me dijo que no podíamos empezar aún nada, dado que mi visa H1B fue estampada en julio 2022. Y que debía pasar mínimo un año desde que fue estampada en el pasaporte. Era un abogado al que le iba a pagar por el proceso y me dijo eso. No creo que me haya mentido. Ahora estoy en setiembre y empezaré con el proceso pero con otro abogado que me está cobrando más barato.
