@@deepshikhasingh2286 क्या रात भर लेटे रहने के बाद,, खड़े होने पर हार्ट रेट बढ़ रहा है? रेस्टिंग पोजीशन से खड़े होने पर क़रीब 30-35 बीट्स बढ़ जा रही हैं ? और 3-4 मिनट खड़े रहने पर हार्ट बीट नार्मल हो जाती है। अगर ये सारे सिम्पटम्स मिल रहे हैं तो इसको paustural techicardia कहते हैं। इस पर कई वीडियो मिल जायेंगे आपको।

Ek to aap kbhi bhi ekdam se utha betha mat kijiye kyuki isse heart par ekdam se presser bdhta h. 2.khub pani piyo but frize se nikla huaa ekdam thnda pani kbhi mat pina mughhe usi se dikkat hui thi. Or sath hi garam chije, garam msale, maggi msala, khde msale, jyada lta bhuna, jyada chayaptti vali tea, ye sab band kar dijiye. Doctor bhi yhi slah dete h. Jitna ho ske khub pani piyo, fruits khao, juice piyo, pranayaam kro, thndi chije jyada se jyada lo. Apko kafi farq mhsus hoga. And tea to chhod hi do. Pta h m phle ek - do cup tea pi leti thi but ab aadha cup se bhi meri heart beat badh jati h or mughhe tea ke turnt baad pani pina pdta h kafi sara. I hope you will try it.

@@deepshikhasingh2286 क्या रात भर लेटे रहने के बाद,, खड़े होने पर हार्ट रेट बढ़ रहा है? रेस्टिंग पोजीशन से खड़े होने पर क़रीब 30-35 बीट्स बढ़ जा रही हैं ? और 3-4 मिनट खड़े रहने पर हार्ट बीट नार्मल हो जाती है। अगर ये सारे सिम्पटम्स मिल रहे हैं तो इसको paustural techicardia कहते हैं। इस पर कई वीडियो मिल जायेंगे आपको।

Ek to aap kbhi bhi ekdam se utha betha mat kijiye kyuki isse heart par ekdam se presser bdhta h. 2.khub pani piyo but frize se nikla huaa ekdam thnda pani kbhi mat pina mughhe usi se dikkat hui thi. Or sath hi garam chije, garam msale, maggi msala, khde msale, jyada lta bhuna, jyada chayaptti vali tea, ye sab band kar dijiye. Doctor bhi yhi slah dete h. Jitna ho ske khub pani piyo, fruits khao, juice piyo, pranayaam kro, thndi chije jyada se jyada lo. Apko kafi farq mhsus hoga. And tea to chhod hi do. Pta h m phle ek - do cup tea pi leti thi but ab aadha cup se bhi meri heart beat badh jati h or mughhe tea ke turnt baad pani pina pdta h kafi sara. I hope you will try it.
