Its boiling chicken hence over an hour or so boiling and has tough texture. I personally dislike it when I first bought it by mistake as a whole chicken and didn’t realise this kind of chicken exists.

That chicken is NOT done! I hope she doesn’t get sick. She can’t break it apart or even take a bite. Even she saw the red. That’s why she asked you. She can’t even break the wing off. She’s breast feeding. She shouldn’t be eating chicken that isn’t done. It goes right through the breast milk into baby.

It's cooked all the way through though (They boiled it for 1 hour). The chicken is free ranged so it's tougher than the normal ones usually found in the supermarket, Vietnamese actually prefer it. She even complimented the crunchy skin and chewy texture of the chicken in the video
