From the original posters comments she was sick, they were handing her her favrioute toys to try and get her interested. She died a few days after this video was taken, she might have been quarantined if they wernt sure why she was ill? Edited to add: she died of old age, she was 21

@@josie5670 Thank you for your reply. However I have seen footage of her as early as 3 weeks ago and as old as 8 years ago. Every footage showed she was along, which means she has been along for more than 8 years. That is pretty awful. She is one the prettiest sea otters I have ever seen.

ㅠㅜㅜ카와이...해달의 귀여움은 미스터리할정도.. 야생동물이 어떻게 이렇게 귀엽게 진화했지? 인간이 키울 수 있는 동물도 아닌데..

WHY are they trying to give her NON-food items??? Im so SORRY. I didn't realize what was happening with this sea otter with my first comment. I didn't know she was sick and wasn't interested in doing anything. I can't believe that she died!!! 😭😭😭😭💙💜💚💙

She had been sick for few days. That seashell was her favorite toy. Keeper nursed her and gave squid, a crab leg, and a horse mackerel which were her favorite. However, her condition was getting worse. 62 hours later, she passed away

Poor girl. Why the staff didnt let her rest or placed her on more comfy and quiet place? So sad to see her like that 😯😢

これを撮影した日の数日前から、パタは体調をくずしていていました。この映像で渡していた貝殻は、パタのお気に入りのオモチャだったそうです。飼育員さんは、貝殻を渡すとか、かに足が大好きだったのでかに足を渡すとか、大好きだったイカを食べなくなりアジなら少しずつ食べていたのでアジを渡しに頻繁にパタのところに訪れ懸命にケアをされていました。彼女は、この約６２時間後に亡くなりました。
