~7:00 The host was talking gibberish--ignore her. I don't think the cook explained how she made the "蛋黃醬" which did look like mayonnaise. I imagine the corn sauce would be fine with just the leftover egg whites and I suspect it was originally a tin of cream of corn soup.

I was confused about the egg yolk too it says cooked egg yolk at the end mashed up maybe? But it looked more creamy

我覺得多就唔多 主要係因為個底蛋漿多， 一黎費是落鑊變煎蛋， 二黎一氣呵成，唔想等隔蛋漿， 所以斷然放棄一對相依為命的小帶子
👍好菜式！ 不過太過無謂講話令人煩厭。
