سيدي الفريق صاحب السمو الشيخ / سيف بن زايد آل نهيان نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء - وزير الداخلية بموجب عقد زواج مؤرخ 22/12/2015 تزوجت من المدعو / ........ - إماراتي الجنسية , ورزقت منه علي فراش الزوجية بإبنتنا ( دانه ) ، وبموجب الحكم البات رقم 764/2019 نقض أحوال شخصية أبوظبي والصادر بتاريخ 03/02/2020 تم تطليقي من وزجي والحكم لي بحقوق ما بعد الطلاق ، وعليه قمت بقتح ملف التنفيذ رقم 2282/2019 والتنفيذ رقم 293/2019 تنفيذ أحوال شخصية للحصول علي حقوقي المقضي لي بها والتي صدر بها تقرير محاسب التنفيذ بنفقة متجمدة ومصاريف دراسية ومصاريف خادمة إجمالي مبلغ 304.000 ثلاثمائة وأربعة ألف درهم . وبموجب الدعوي رقم 1523/2020 أحوال شخصية أبوظبي والتي قُضِي لي فيها بتاريخ 01/02/2021 (( بإلزام مطلقي بأن يسدد لي مبلغ 50.000 خمسون ألف درهم , يكون إجمالي المبلغ المتجمد والمستحق علي مطلقي هو مبلغ 254.229 مائتين وأربعة وخمسون آلف ومائتين وتسعة وعشرون درهم. وحيث أن طليقي تعمد عدم سداد المبلغ المنفذ به بموجب التنفيذين سابقي الذكر الأمر الذي جعل قاضي التنفيذ يصدر أمرا بضبطه وإحضاره بتاريخ 24/02/2019 في التنفيذ رقم 2282/2019 وأيضاً أمر قاضي التنفيذ بضبط وإحضار المنفذ ضده بتاريخ 13/03/2019 في التنفيذ رقم 293/2019 . وبموجب الأمر علي عريضة رقم 198/2022 أحوال شخصية أبوظبي والمنفذ بالتنفيذ رقم 38/2022 والقاضي بالزام طليقي بتسجيل ابنتنا الصغيرة في مدرسة الإمارات الوطنية إلا إنه امتنع ايضا عن ذلك قاصدا الإضرار بابنته الصغيرة اللتي لا ذنب لها إلا إنها ابنته وأخيراً 31/03/2021 تاريخ اصدر سعادة قاضي التنفيذ أمر موجهاً لمديرية شرطة العاصمة والذي أحالته بدورها لإدارة التحريات - قسم المطلوبين . ومنذ هذا التاريخ لم يتم القبض علي المنفذ ضده نفاذاً لأمر قاضي التنفيذ , واصبح لازماً أن أراجع يومياً إدارة التحريات - قسم المطلوبين لمعرفة السبب في تأخر القاء القبض علي أحد مواطني الدولة مقر سكنه وعمله معلومين لدي إدارة التحريات , وفوجئت بالتراخي واللامبالاة من قسم المطلوبين ورغبة منهم في عدم تنفيذ الأمر وأصبحت مراجعتي لهم موضع سخرية وإستهزاء , حتي أن أحد ضباط القسم صرح لي ساخراً بأننا لن ننفذ الأمر حتي يصبح مجموع النفقات خمسمائة ألف درهم , وعندما سألته عن سنده من القانون أو من القرارات الإدارية المنظمة لعمله , أجاب بسخرية أن هذا قرارره هو ومن بنات أفكاره. وحيث أن ما أطالب به وأسعي إليه هو المبلغ المنفذ به والنفقات المتأخرة لض مان المعيشة الكريمة لي ولإبنتي والتي تحمل جنسية دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والتي يتهرب والدها من دفع تكلفة معيشتها رغم عمله بأنني لا أعمل بعمل وأن مبلغ النفقات المتراكم هو كل ما نمتلكه. .
