See this Bishop, Orthodo Catholicose, the great sinner ever lived in Syrian Malankara. OPening mouth only to tell lies and inserting food. If any one attends prayers of this type of people also become sinner. This Bishop has twisted the Koona Kurushu Oath and says, it was against foreign domination. He is half right. The Koonan Kurushu oath was against the atrocities the Portuguese done to Malankara christians, by compulsory conversion to RC. The portuguese military captured the Patriarch Ahatullah who came to Malankara at the invitation of the Malankara Jacobite church to ordain Bishops and to continue priesthood. However, this Ahatullah (Abdul Jaleel Gregorios Bhava) was captured by Portuguese military and when the Malankara jacobite christians assembled in front of their military camp then took him out and drowned him in Arabian sea. The Koonan Kurushu Oath was taken after the death of Ahatulah Patriarch and in vengeance of the atrocities done by Portuguese military. In this oath attended over 2 lacs Malankara christians confirmed their faith to Patriarch of Antioch and not to accept the domination of Portuguese. How come this Bishop given a twist to the historical fact. His predecessor Augen the first was number one traitor. He told the court after taking oath by holding Bible that he did not recognize the high priest who ordained him as Catholicose because he was covered with Amshavasra. This Augen only even after getting the ban conducted religious services without any shame and ordained Bishops for Malankara (those eminent priests like Paul varghese, MV george, Joshua etc.) who have been recommended several times for Bishophood, but continuously blocked by Malayala Manorma lobby. How this betrayed and treacherous Catholicose was passed away. His final days were so horrible. He was bed ridden for several months and was crying and crying and pleading for forgiveness from Jesus for his sin. He keeps on saying he is a sinner. On those agony days, Mar Thoma Mathews the first appeared in his bed room where Augen was yelling with pain, and by force removed his Mudramodhiram. Augen did not agreed to release the Mudramodhiram and closed his fingers. This Marthoma Mathews first by force removed his Mudramodhiram and poor Augent finger skin was peeled out. Normally, after the death of a Catholicose the new Catholicose is ordained. But this greedy Bishop do not want to wait and occupied the Simhasanam before the death of Augen. This is the dirty history of orthodox. These people are not at all proper believers of Jesus. They do not follow the holy verses. They needs only money. They don't feel shame to capture properties of their own brothers and doing against the Bible teachings. Wait and see what will happen to him at his final days. The fate will be worse than what Augen got. He will plead to Jesus, we are sure, he will himself declare that he is a great sinner, because, that much he done so far. Persecuting the jacobites and deprived them their rightful properties. It is not the Bhava or Government or Supremecourt contributed for construction of Malankara Churches. The real owners are the parish members only. Their verdict must be binding on any court judgement. This SC judgement is very very clearly shows that it is 100% biased and must be suspected for eating money put in foreign accounts. This must be investigated. First of all orthodox did not produced the original 1934 constitution or list of official church delegates who attended this 1934 MD seminary meeting. Also, this 1934 Dec 26 meeting was conducted and attended by the Orthodox faction only and the patriarch faction stayed away from this meeting. Then how come this meeting became official and binding on other churches who did not attend that meeting. Did the SC checked whether the orthodox got any court order to conduct such a meeting and laid out rules to follow. So, the 1934 meeting was not an official meeting for the jacobite faction. It is only a factional meeting and therefore, it is illegal and the 1934 constitution itself is illegal. How come SC approved this fake constitution and the meeting. Did the SC physically verified the list of official delegates name, official rank and address of the church. Did these delegates brought authorization from each church or not. Even without proper verification, how come SC told the 1934 Dec 26 meeting and constitution is the right. How come SC approved such a fake and illegal constitution. Another important point which the SC done is approving a fake Patriarch. Abdullah Masiah was a banned lunatic Bishop, who contested in vain for Patriarch post because he was lunatic. Thereafter he was banned by the Patriarch synod and become a normal person who has no power to do any religious activities. He was also banned by the Turkish government. He was brought to Bombay airport and the Orthodox activists brought for him dresses stitched in Kottayam and made for him amshavadi as well. He was fully decorated in Bombay hotel and brought him to Malankara and ordained many Bishops. How come the activities of this fake Bishop, who was banned by the Patriarch of Antioch and turkish government is okay for the Indian Supreme Court. What is SC right to legalize the activities such an outlawyer. From where the SC got such a power. Is it written in the Constitution of India that u can legalize any fake Bishop from outside. Now, the Hon Judges must make it clear to the government of India how much money they took from orthodox and get ready to go behind bars. The president of India must take suitable action against those 2 bench judges and make sure they are behind bars to issue such a stupid judgement. This type of judgement is intended to disrupt the communal harmony. Each SC judgement must be opened to make a peaceful settlement of any dispute . Same like Sabarimala temple issue flared communal rivalry. The SC judgement must be with foresightedness and aims at to establish peace in India. Now, new problem created also by SC regarding the construction of the 500 illegal flats. When the construction was going on where was the Corporation people, why they did not stopped. Why the SC did not see the real culprits who has eaten crores and hiding behind curtain. You are ordering for destruction of those flats. Who will compensate for their losses. Those corporation people must b e asked to pay the compensation together with the flat developers otherwise, put them behind bars. Thereafter, wait till next masoon to avoid environmental pollution.
