Moon is always up there and can be seen from somewhere in the earth. It's all a matter of why can't we see/observe a torch light efficiently in day time.😊

Sun and moon always can be seen but due to rotation of earth sun light is seen for some time.... And moon can also be seen anytime but bcoz of sun's energy (light) it can't be seen.. Just like if u r driving a bike in night and some source of light comes in ur eyes then u can't see anything...

Becoz plane of rotation of moon around earth and plane of rotation of earth around sun are different.

Sir I always wondered that the left curve of moon curve tells one thing and right curve told another thing . Now for the first time it makes perfect sense. A shukla paksha will have left handed illumination and Krishna paksha will have a right handed illumination. (will check this today) Now I can find the day/paksha of moon just by one look at it. (Paksha will remain same for all beings on earth )
