Laar tapak Rahi he🙂 kitni mast lgta he khane me is type ki mirchi ko, Par kuch log comment kiye he ki apne nanak use nhi Kiya ...to me unse bola ki ( Ha namak to jaruri he ...par sayad apne ye notice nhi Kiya ki...ye jab besan masala bnaya hoga tab namak dala hoga sayad inhone....kyuki aap khud soch skte ki Bina namak ke koi bhi recipe 😁 mtlb khaskar mirchi me to nhi achi lgegi .. inhone kahi na kahi namak use Kiya hi hoga jese inhone kala namak bhi bola he or safed namak bhi..chahe vo masala ho ya kuch bhi..?😁.
Bas itna saa karna hai 😜

Way too much oil..it ruins the taste of the chilliest and makes the mouth feel oily..just about a tablespoon maximum of oil is sufficient to fry this many chilliest..best to place them on paper napkin after frying to absorb the extra oil, sprinkle with the required spices like salt, pepper, chaat masala, toss and mix well and serve
