Hi Madam... I tried your style egg curry today... It came out awesome... Very delicious it was...thank you so much...For a very long time I was searching for a proper egg curry..👌👌💐...Cooking is just one of my interest..

So my mom makes the best egg curry, when I say the best believe me it’s better than restaurants but I chose to follow this recipe and turns out my egg curry turned sweet. My mom asked me which recipe did I use so I told her about this. She explained that you always crush the onion and then fry the paste. Caramelising them first adds an undesirable sweetness. So guys first make a paste then fry it. This recipe is better for paneer. This is my honest opinion. Thank you.

@Harshita, instead of criticising the recipe posted by a cook / chef and suggesting amendments and alterations (which is a rather rude thing to do), why don't you create your own video on how your Mom makes 'the best egg curry' in the world? By the way, there are a few thousand people in this world who feel that their Mom makes 'the best whatever food' in the world. I feel you are rather young and/or immature to understand what I am trying to say. Peace.

Madam I'm a vegetarian but realised that this recipe would work very well with baby potatoes. Have seen many egg curry recipes but yours' suits baby potatoes the best.

Aaj a recipe try ki maine, vaise batadun meri pahli gravy dish hai a aur mujhe lag-bhag 2 ghante lage sara kuch karne ke liye ( including sabjiyan kaatne aur sara saman jodne ) han thodi maa ki help li lekin sirf last me, vo bas dekh kar bata rahi thi ke masala paka hai ya nahi aur namak teast karnekeliye bas. Aur dish vaise acchi bani hai mai kah nai sakti ke bahut acchi bani hai (chalta hai pahli baar jo hai) phir bhi meri family ne to bahut pasand ki 😊( shayad maine banaya hai to vaisa laga mujhe ). Thanks mam for this video 🙏

Although my husband doesn't like egg curry but I took the risk as I'm the boss😂😂😂😂 I cooked this delicious egg curry in dinner for us and damn! I had never heard him saying WAAH..MAZA AA GAYA AISA ANDA CURRY KHA KAR😂😂😂😂😂 tapasya safal hui! I love cooking for him but everyday wahi dal chawal kha kar insaan pak Jata hai and apke recipes to aankh band kar ke try karti hu mai jaise ki aap saath mein ho ma'am instruct karne ke liye...gravy itni yummy thhi ki bass dil khush ho gaya and in the end my husband said:- Aisa hi banana..bahut laziz thha anda curry ❤

Best curry. Instead of yoghurt, I have added coconut milk made out of coconut powder. It came out as blend of north indian dish flavor and south indian taste dish, every one appreciated it.
