Hey guys love the vids long time fan! 3:34 yes these back decompression do exits and usually help with lower back problems. However they really expensive almost $8,000-$10,000 I believe. Cheaper route would be a simple foam roll made for late you may for 15mins a day to help correct certain back problems. Used to work for a chiropractor so I learned a thing or too.
great video again henry and Jeannie , really well done and thank you both so much 😊😍
It's been 50 uploads (including at least one un-load) without a strike. Congratulations on the big round number, let's shoot for 100!
Jeannie is right. My das used to fall asleep in front of the TV all the time and my mom would wake him up to go to bed.
3:39 lol they do make spinal decompression devices. they have them at some physical therapy places for spinal decompression therapy. had it done on every visit when I hurt my back 10 years ago. it's basically a firm padded bed with a device that locks down lightly on your legs and two padded arms that slide up under your arm pits and it applies gentle force up towards your head and down towards your feet. always did it first thing before my physical therapy session of stretches and exercises.
I love the quick "Print Screen" transparency. LOL
I hate waking up my wife to go to bed when she falls asleep watching TV because I am ready to go to sleep and she 'wakes up' from her mini-nap and keeps me up another hour!!
The midieval stretcher thing Henry was talking about is kind of a thing. Some physical therapists will do what's called traction, they basically put a strap around your hips and attach it to a winch, and gently pull traction to decompress and realign the spine
Finally, KZread recommended CULTURAL video from MXR!
The Sparta thing is from the spoof movie Meet the Spartans. It is a rather unique movie. Also my dude immediately went for his mate Pringle without any hesitation 😂

3:39 There actually is a *special medical equipment* for treatment of *scoliosis.* But they strap your *head* via helmet thing, instead of arms like on this pic. It had electric motors. And it has vibrating motion instead of linearly stretching. And its actually looks like medival torture from a distance. But it's *actually works* on prepubertal kids with spine problems, when they're bones still have elasticity. Of course this treatment goes with special manual gymnastics and other things.
I always thought a medieval torture rack would be great for decompressing my spine too.... problem is they don't work like that. They just pull your elbows, shoulders, ankles, and knees apart 😢

0:46 It’s the pumpkin spice coven.😂😂😂
7:44 Although in many cases websites now prevent the copying of images, I'd like to point out that .webp files are image files. They will be displayed by pretty much any software or app that displa images which has been updated in the last 5 years. It's just a new format with better quality and compression that .jpg.
@milanstevic8424
8 ай бұрын
True, it's just a format, but as a long-time printing professional I had to give birth to a photoshop plug-in in order to sort this out. Unlike jpg, gif, or png, the format itself is largely unknown, inaccessible, and silently rolled out. So there is a point to what they're saying.
@abadyr_
8 ай бұрын
@@milanstevic8424 How do you figure that it's "silently rolled out"? I understand it being annoying for printing since it's relatively new, while printing machines are used a long time so many are too old to handle it, but it has been widely adopted by software, the web (except by Apple, since they suck) and thus by new hardware (so that they can stay relevant) as far as I know. Are you perhaps referring to even newer format (Avif)? It's much less supported as of now, since it's newer...
@milanstevic8424
8 ай бұрын
@@abadyr_ Dude, I'm sorry, but you obviously don't know what you're talking about. Being a printing professional doesn't have anything to do with the old machines. The whole industry went digital more than 20 years ago and the work I do is 100% digital for even longer than that, since the digital rasterization towers are used for film development which are then used for the production of printing plates in offset print, and more or less all techniques involve the same process where film development is the final step between virtual/digital and concrete/material. Regardless, there are a couple of digital graphics standards and application suites that are pretty much ubiquitous in this line of work -- for example Adobe standards and formats for nearly everything, are de facto in the whole industry, and all of that is mostly co-developed with Apple to an extent, including the tech behind fonts, vector graphics, and the whole what-you-see-is-what-you-get concept which is basically lifted from PARC in the 70s -- and no, webp is not part of that infrastructure, that's something Google literally rolled out on its own in 2018 without any public need or consent. And it is silently adopted by Chrome and other Google services, and the actual need for it is to lower back end traffic costs (especially cloud storage and network throughput), not to help users in any way, that's just bullshit. This is mostly because on one end JPGs are catastrophic for image preservation and PNGs are actually computationally expensive, so the webp is kind of a swiss knife, able to switch between lossy and lossless. It is still pretty much a nonsensical format for the majority of professionals and for many people it's just a show-stopper when you click Save As and get a webp. I'm not sure about Apple, but on Windows it's a white paper file, unrecognized on every level, you can only drag'n'drop it into Chrome. I couldn't find a way how to open it for almost a year. That said I'm not surprised to see that people are more likely to screenshot their browser, which is, hey, completely crazy where this is going. Are browsers now becoming black boxes to prevent copyright? Does look like it, in a soft way. What's next? Keyboard manufacturers asked to make PrintScreen button glitchy? Microsoft making buggy drivers, capturing wrong dimensions, wrong parts of the screen, the image format in the clipboard is suddenly incompatible?
i think this whole "give us your personal info" in order to make a transaction happen started with banks. I noticed them first, as they say that you must have an account with them (for some reason) just to swap money. I went to a bank that wasn't mine (as it was closer to work) in order to exchange a $10 bill for five $2 bills and they refused to fork over the green because I didn't have an account with them (they couldn't tell me why that was necessary). Monetary exchanges never needed to be tied to an account before, so I can't imagine why they do now. Anyway, yeah. I think that the banks were the first to get this ball rolling.
