You have all been loving my gymnastics conditioning videos, so I thought it was about time I gave you an updated one! Talking you through some of the gymnastics exercises on my program lately, how to do them and modifications. It's a little more advanced but I hope you like the challenge.

I really appreciate gymnastics follow along exercises and there aren't too many on youtube. I would also love to see a full body real time stretching routine. Cheers.

Great stuff, just what i was looking for. I prefer a bit of coaching and watchouts for doing the exercises well. How do you increase upper body and arm strength for hanging and bar work??

loved this one too! as I stated before I'm still quite young (younger than 15) and this was a great exercise! I could do all of them pretty well except for the v-snap ups, backward roll extension (I couldn't do the other version either because I'm on a really hard floor), and the bar ones because I'm at home, but anyway that this was really good❤
