The intent is to promote the awareness and the importance of physical fitness, the creatives encourage to enjoy the passion for the mental and psychological health. In-depth research was done to initiate motivation. The colours red (warm tone) and greens were added to help create an energetic atmosphere. Each part serves the purpose for which it is designed and creates an impact for the visitors (touch and experience - chain and the kinetic installation). The natural light received from both glass facades is a very big advantage along with the oxygen generating plants following features of biophilia and sustainability. Given the nature of the space and the fact that it would be used actively, great thought was paid to how the programme would unfold and the manner in which the interior treatment would elevate the experience, creating a space that stimulates a certain emotional relaxation and well-being, following biophilic design. All the material used are recycled or reclaimed.
