When I was in Kota, I was studying in Resonance, Kota. One day my ankle got sprained while running and the injury became worse in 1-2 days so I went to the hospital they checked it and told me that I should only go to the institution for important classes and gave me a letter mentioning that this student should be allowed to use the lift as he is injured. So, I went to the institute one day in Auto as there was a really important test, my test was on the 5th floor, there were total 6 floors as far as I can remember, so I told the first reception I found that this is the my problem and I have letter from the hospital. They told me to wait and show that to someone else in other office, then they told me that you have to show this letter in some office and that is on 2nd floor. I told them that they should show them on my behalf as I am not well, then after some minutes they told me that the guy who sits in the office is not here. So, they cannot do anything. I told them you can see my condition and I also have letter and what is the big deal I just have to use a lift. They denied that you are not allowed. Let me tell you they have lifts for their faculties and also girl students, so faculty and girl students can use the lift anytime they want but an injured male/boy student is not worthy of using that lift even in as serious condition. As the test was really important, it was a batch shuffling test, I had to give the test anyhow. So, I had to go through stairs in that condition to the 5th floor. I was traumatized after this incident and my injury became worse and I was only 17 at that time. People in India don't have basic civic sense and empathy and that is the truth.

Here peoples behaviour towards others is very civilised, govt hospitals are like 5 start hotels, people with all walks of life are treated equally, population is only 52 lakh as compared to India’s 1400 lakh. Air, water is clean with plenty of wilderness.

Else it was like the million of people who die on road accident daily and didn't get any kind of help or what happened to their families. What about those people who are dependent on their only son or daughter. Doesn't just one person dies in that accident. What about their survival sources? Other countries has good treatments and compensations from govt. But only our country lacks in everything. Even not safe to walk on roads. I've helped 2 accident victims in my life so far. right now I'm 23. 3 years ago when i was in college i helped a man who got his one leg crushed by a suv car at highway, last year a child labour working at a construction site was slipped from the second floor and got his one arm injured badly I rescued him too and take him to the nearby hospital. But sadly one person can't help everyone or I should say I can't be available at two places at a time. So please I'm requesting everyone to help anyone who is in need, because your one move can save someone's life. But sadly most of the people (more than 70% of people in this comment section) just show sympathy after the death but dont want to help at the very instant when someone is struggling for survival.

The Supreme Court of India, in it's landmark March 4th, 2016 ruling had validated recommendations to treat good Samaritans and bystanders with due respect and no hassles by the police, hospital and authorities. They just asked me to write the details like personal phone number, Address. Maine un uncle se unke Ghar ka phone number puchke contact Kiya tha aur unki wife ko bataya tha to unhone waha pohonch kar sab handle kar liya tha. Aur mere friend ne police ko bhi inform kar Diya tha accident ke time par hi jo ki mere saath hi tha to as such koi bhi problem nhi huyi thi.

You can basically do 4 things: 1. File a complaint on CPGRAMS portal. 2. File a RTI 3. File a complaint on the concerned department (form is usually given on the department's official website) 4. Reach out to the senior officer. I think you should try 1& 2 at first. You can find tutorials of CPGRAMS & RTI on KZread. You can also write letters to PMO and CMO about your problems. Act wisely. Don't get yourself into trouble.

This same thing happened with SKYLORD (who was a KZreadR) in 2023. Gyan bhai had done a separate livestream for him coz he was also one of his friends. The sad part about that accudent was that he died on sot after getting hit by a truck. Nobody even knows till today whether he received justice or not. He made a channel where he would share his travelling videos and thats why he went on a trip on motorcycles with some of his friends. The tour was sponsored by MP govt( for tourism maybe).

A lot of them lose their empathy over the years...after that, a patient is simply another customer. Don't run away man , if young men like us who are angry at this ignore these issues and only care abt themselves then nothing will happen. Other countries are also bad. In that way you are also no different than those ppl who were passing by but didn't do shit. They only cared abt themselves. From rajat Dalal to this kind of tragedy is common in India , at this point my way of thinking has drastically changed I feel like justice doesn't exist it just in our imagination, if you have money and you know the game boom!! You can do whatever you can even the most cruel thing in the world .

People seriously lack empathy. Plus bhai ab to niyam kanoon hai ki agar kisi ki help karoge by taking them to the hospital you wont be questioned. This video made me seriously think about leaving India for good.

@@AnmolMishra946 None as far as I know. Altthough Japan(where racism is at peak, they don't kill for being a person of colour or at least I haven't heard of it) is a good choice IMO. I have the data from YT videos only toh jaake pata chelaga ki situation kitni kharab hai.

What's the use of having lakhs and lakhs of neet aspirants competing every year yet not even 1-2 people among 10 can show empathy towards a person whose in a serious condition & begging for help............at this point india should question itself, where all its ethics and culture are going. And at last and jack of all treads is our education system(schools), the things we r taught instead of things we should be taught. The once "GREAT" India is just getting more sad and pathetic day by day its depressing 😞

If I was rich I would definitely leave this country. Country demanding their people for work hard everyday for development and in exchange they getting this. High road accident, lack of jobs, pathetic medical facilities, pathetic govt offices where you're treaded like shit and many more.

I was hit from behind by a speeding car while on my scooter-actually, two cars were racing at night. My scooter collided with some bars, and I was thrown into a valley with trees and a pond. I suffered a spinal injury. I had gone to my hometown for just one day to attend a wedding when this happened. I eventually lost my job due to the gap caused by my injury and have been struggling to find work again, wasting a year in the process. I was fortunate to have an excellent doctor who helped me stand and recover within a few months. He remarked on how lucky I was, as recovery in such cases is almost impossible. My 70-year-old father provided the best medical care he could afford and took great care of me during this time.

Even my dad met with same accident twice i know how we dealt with the same even my relatives ignored my dad situation denied him economically

I see such stories and reality hits closer. It's better to live life thinking I would die tomorrow, and make the best of my moments today. I just want to live and exist in every moment completely, and live them without regrets. I want to be more and more resourceful to this society till then.

I remember when my head was injured and bleeding, and the hospital staff, instead of providing the treatment, were rather accusing me to be getting involved in fight.

I commented earlier in one of the videos about lack of empathy in our country's people,and it's so true ,i always feel our country is doomed at so many levels

The same thing is shown in movie ‘aparichit’ movie .. i saw it lately and i was crying why ppl dont have the basic decency to help atleast who is struggling for life .. atleast u can call ambulance if u r getting so late fr office !!!! Ppl jus stare n see but nobody step up to help ..even a little help goes a long way

6:32 i’m from Nepal and my father owns a hospital here too, he opened it all by himself so it not that big and every facility are not available, since my childhood i have seen a lot of cases like this and if the surgery is not possible in my hospital we just take care of the patient till the ambulance arrives and take him/her to next hospital. Maybe we can’t do surgery but we surely can do medication to make situations better for him, and i think everyone and hospitals should do that must.

As a girl, I once stopped on a highway at night to help a couple of bloodied men who had met an accident. I tried to stop a lot of vehicles but nobody did. Even autos didnt The injured guys wanted water , but I couldn't find that either. I still felt bad about that day.I was on a scooter, otherwise I would have taken them myself.

Cost of living in India.

I can understand the situation the driving situation in india is terrific even one day i was parked at the side of road one old man came driving rashly hit me i was unable to do anthing as he was with his wife and crowd came to even rescue him not me unfortunately i have to leave even my two wheeler got damage

Im studying law , this is a clear case of negligent driving or wateve you want to call it. The Investigating Officer is supposed to investigate the whole case and give a final report to the Magistrate(lowest court) which will take cognisance of this case, conduct trial and most probably award a compensation/damages to the victim. It is open for appeal to higher Court. Also the police is supposed to present the accused before the court and also keep the accused in custody and not let him roam around freely.

I lost my mom after 5 years of her similar kind of accident after which she lost all her memories, ability to speak & understand after 8-9 years of court case in between my mom also passed away we got just 5 Lacs as compensation... We spend almost same amount for her treatment where doctors could only save her life nothing more than that... We don't know what punishment was given to person who changed our lives upside down , we didn't had money to hire any hifi advocate😭😭😭

I empathise with the person a lot but I don’t know ye accident ‘kese hua’. A lot of people are careless while exiting vehicles, which is worse if you’re on a highway. I’m not sure of what the situation was, so I can’t completely blame the other person as well, for now. This is why dashcams and proper safety measures are so important

Reality is this is happening in our country from decades but thank to social media, KZread, internet atleast we r now able to know how system works ...

I still don't want to form a biased opinion ... He is claiming that the parking lights were on and they parked on side road but it's still just a claim not a well stated fact and if he was careful while opening the doors or not ki piche se koi car to nahi aa rahi thi wagera wagera it's still under dark ... Most of the highways don't have proper lights on them... But whatever the reason is wether true or false the culprit driver should be detained atleast and proper action shall be taken against him ... Par UP main hai yaha matter dabne aur gun chalne main bhut kam time lagta hai ...

bro honestly speaking keep taking breaks atleast in every hour and look at something atleast 20 feet away...for me it's not possible as not enough space... also it's is good to go out to see some sunlight... once a day.... atleast u want to see something far away... from time to time... apart from these i think the blue glasses , uv glasses are kinda useless when infront of computer i need glasses but dont stress if u get glasses too, it also depends on multiple factors edit: if u are too stressed or think u need glasses u can just visit the doctor.

07:06 sir , I’m a doctor , and desensitisation is a real thing , it’s not our fault we often tend to lose sight of emotion even in traumatic cases having seen so many cases already, but at the same time all good doctors never shy away from their moral obligation, it’s not because they have extra emotions it’s because good doctors never leave a patient in pain and follow their obligation and duty to treat the patient which was clearly lacking in this case

A lot of times such cases need highly specialised doctors(eg vascular surgeon) which aren't available at most hospitals on call unfortunately. That is why if first aid is taken care of and the patient is stable, he/she has to be referred to some place which has the required personnel and facilities.

Feeling bad for him 😢
