I said 7 months ago that Kolgrim should be hotfixed to 10 provisions to prevent Renew. It's clearly designed to work this way and this is what the developers want to push. No matter how much it gets popularized there won't be a hotfix, Speci. Appreciate the effort and content though, and I enjoyed your casting at Open #2 this year. Keep it up mate.

Just played a couple of game with this deck and I feel like I need a shower. I'm disgusted by myself.

I just got back in the game recently. But what's the plan if opponent is using the exact same deck? How are you gonna clog each other?

Hello - not sure where to submit deck ideas or if this has been done before. I have been playing a dwarf armor deck but with a twist. Added trap mahakam horn and hattori. Concept is to push hard for game 1 win then spawn 2 dwarves drop mahakam and pass. It’s pretty fun and would love to see it featured on the channel.

I play the mirror that doesn’t run Sunset and can confirm that I lost to this one 🤷🏻‍♂️ but then again, I didn’t draw Snowdrop R1 so I just had to pass at some point

Also update: Just got into Pro Rank with a similar deck from Rank 3 and I barely had to think 😂 lost three times to a mirror, a Francesca double heatwave and to a Viy deck

Yes. This is the best deck right now (together with jackpot ofc) Especially when everyone is playing hyperthin golem version these days. You just clog them more than they do , and all their finishers are 1/5 chance to find target

Just throwing it out there , Fuchsia Briefs Quen /Arna-chad SK Deck is the Answer to this.

@@leandrocarvalho7707 I run a SK list, with chad for round 1, boat for round 3. There is usually a hover a over the description when it ping their 1 point kolgrim before it has a chance to buff up.

This is why I'm playing a mill deck with wanderers, perfect counter to cloggers.

How do you get the resources

Honestly, you hearing you talk about people using OP decks and such... I do like GWENT, but I hate playing it for a while now. You pretty much meet the same decks every time. When you literally know every card someone else plays cause you watched the same YT vid they did... but you can't go against it either. If you decide to just play for fun, you just lose and lose and lose. Dominant strategy, gamers will always choose the least amount of resistance to the most success. And thus ruin any fun along the way.

Why i cant create that card in gwent?

Everytime you play against Golem thin or Skellige with discard pack (Druids for example, that are rising atm or even some witchers or madoc) which at the moment are 40% of my games you're fcked up since they thin the deck and they actually don't have that hard win condition of needing the opponent to have a lot of cards in the deck. That's the reason why I chose Golem over Kolgrim, you just need to thin your deck, you don't need the opponent to be plentyful of cards on their. TLDR: Golem Thin > Kolgrim for NG. 2 games against SY and NG Imprisonment, which were TIER 1 decks last season but I would say they are TIER 2 this one, specially imprisonment. I would even say the game is kinda easy against SY. No mirror/discard opponents.

Great job speci. Hopefully it will raise awerness to cdpr bc gwent is almoast unplayble atm with this deck everywhere

It’s not even that good, people are just playing it because they are just desperate to have a viable ng deck that isn’t ball focused.

You get SSW by doing 1 challenge to the end in new witchercon quest.

How is Clogrim still a thing

i won like many times with players using your Hyperthin deck turns out you can win 2 rounds with it 😂

add a purify so you can clog "tokens" too lmao

38:16 sorry I don't get it? How is that OP? Renew Kolgrim for 9 points, that's it? There are so many cards that could give you 9 points in this situation, so why were you disgusted with the option to Renew?... I must be missing something surely

Renew is not the problem I agree, it’s already an average card 🙈 can’t touch Ffion either cause all defenders are 9 prov and it wouldn’t make sense to change Letho 🙈 so the only way is to make Kolgrim like 11 provisions to make this deck misfire a bit more

I used to avoid uploading videos on best decks in the game but I am not the guy doing the balance and so I decided its time I just start showing the good decks as well as all the fun alternatives I build

I was thinking about this. If this is overpowered. How much more overpowered are the decks that beat it! I mean you said this is the most overpowered deck in the game. I thought I’d use this deck and it got beaten 5 times to NR Witcher decks. That deck must really need nerfing.

Definitely not the best deck but it is syndicate killer. I won all my games against syndicate.

This deck is far from perfect. -You are really crutching on DMT to get rid of your 4p cards, therefore not drawing it early makes your mulligans worse. -It has a really bad matchup against Discard/Witchers SK It also lacks a secondary win con.

You’ll still win 90% of games with this deck though (SY, ST, NR, MO) 😂 even missing DMT isn’t the end of the world if your stratagem is Cursed Scroll allowing you to fix your hand a bit… also instead of sunset and a random 4p, you can run Alzurs double cross and Assire

This maybe was OP few days ago, but not anymore. Now everyone knows how this deck plays and it is easy to counter. NR can counter this easily with siege, duels or uprising Witcher’s.

Time of cloggers are end. No token means no clog.

Got tricked into crafting this SHIT deck. It is solid, but gets beat badly by top tier decks

There's are like 3 or viable decks right now and it feels terrible.

You really should not feel bad for playing this or any other deck. In the end it's just a game and you are not using exploits or anything of that sort, instead you simply use the tools that are given to everybody. Having said that, I could never bring myself to play decks like these :D
