Play Viper Witcher Adept for points. Then play Clog Cards wisely to clog your opponent. Use Witcher Trio for extra thinning as well as points. Clog your opponent as much as you can. Try to bleed them hard to bring out their good cards, especially Heatwave. If Heatwave is gone, then you can play Kolgrim for solid bleed in round 02. Play Assire to shuffle back Kolgrim from the graveyard to your deck, and use Geralt: Quen to play Kolgrim again in round 03 to secure the victory. Thanks!

In first and third game you can use Assire to get third card needed to nekker. This gives you more points than Roach.
