When you use Ale of the Ancestors and Golden Froth, the infusion from Ale only applies to the one you click with Golden Froth (the middle one). It doesn't give the +2 boost to the left and right one, even if the have the infusion. So if you want the most points, you just need to stack the infusions onto one unit and make sure you target that one as the center unit with Golden Froth.
