And just like that, my material storage capacity is maxed out lol. I actually picked up the ultimate edition for JW because my math told me I'd need just under 4k gems to max out my storage if it ever went on sale, and then it just goes on sale a couple of weeks later? Incredible stuff. Also picked up a the last of the expedition contracts for my home instance which yes, a complete waste of money from a purely monetary value, but there's just something about getting that box every day that I really enjoy. It's just fun to get some mats, but it actually also has served as a reminder to go harvest my home instance, which is not something I've always been super on top of lol.

I mean I will always say that even if its not justified by gold, if you find it useful or like it, its worth it! Congrats on maxed capacity and the new contracts! I need to get better about farming my home instance too haha, I need to make mroe time for it.

After buying a material storage expansion 2 years ago I agree with Mighty Teapot who says it's counterproductive - you just postpone the problem of not taking care of your inventory, maybe the first expansion is ok but it's still better to sell your mats, if you got more than 250 it's quite likely you're not going to use them any time soon.

true but for like bloodstone, eternal ice,gobbler stuff,emp stars and so on, its best to have like 750ish in your storage for when you need it and not have your whole inv full with them

@@UmbralScythe not worth it, just offload some stuff from your main to the bank or some other character and keep stacks of those few mats in your inventory, 500 or 750 mat storage capacity isn't going to save you if you for example use candy corn gobbler all the time for faster exp gain in WvW. And trying to deal with bloodstone by mat storage is just nonsense, you can easily fill even 1000 storage with bloodstone. There are better ways to deal with bloodstone oversupply.
