Great pod. 2 free tf and Trippier is holding so much value. A headache as to whether to sell him for a cheaper def or not, in order to free up much needed cash for the purchase of an Arsenal mid.

Tsimikas just played back to back 90 minutes for Greece during the international break. The early sub was 100% due to Klopp changing the tactical set up against 10 men.

Tsimikas taking corners, starting for Liverpool at LB (so far), his next few matches are definitely worth 4.5m. One attacking return, lucky or not results in fpl points along with clean sheet too. Easy way to differentiate yourself when many other template picks exist (I.e. Watkins, Salah, Saka etc)

Why do nobody ever just state their team value? Instead just vague comments about it being low/mid/high etc.

I get what you mean, but the basic team value statistic also does not tell the whole story. For example, if I have made 0.6 on a player and I’m on wildcard and I don’t remove that player, this remains as 0.6 in my team value statistic, but this also means nothing in terms of the amount I actually have to spend on my wildcard as I’m keeping him. If I sell the player on wildcard instead, I will get an 0.3 extra to spend on my wildcard relative to what I initially paid for the player, but removing him will actually lower my team value statistic by .03. So, just knowing the team value statistic really means little, especially if someone is wildcarding, which is why I think "low", "mid" and "high" team value is often used as a description by content creators.

@@garyianbritton yeah I know that, but I never implied team value would tell whole story by itself, but rather combined with the fact that we are told what players they have, are planning to get, etc. you get a much better sense of it all and can easier compare with your own team. And, that being said, when these content creators say their team value is “mid” etc., are there actual any analytical tool that tells them so? Or is it just their hunch? To me it solely looks like the latter, but would be good to learn if there’s any specific website/tool that can analyse this for you.

For the "unlimited budget draft" at 20min, that's my exact team besides Trippier, Tsimikas, Archer, Son Instead I have Burn, Udogie, Maddison and Alvarez (I played WC in gw6). Saka and Gabriel are not worth a -8pt hit for Maddison and Schar, right? Should wait until gw12 to bring in Gabriel for Schar seeing Newcastle host Arsenal in gw11.

Non owners should be happy Trippier only got 10. Had 2 headers missed by Longstaff and Wilson. Very small chance he could have got FPL assist for Longstaff goal

Who's better? Bowen or alaverez

It's useless until you try fitting in Salah, Halaand, Trips and Son

I’ve finally decided to drop Haaland on WC. If Alvarez can keep close to Haaland’s points then I’m happy with that. Going differential in a number of spots coz I keep losing rank even when beating the average 😂

Haaland has some difficult games from 10-gw15 after it gets better . So if it bk fires U can always map a way to get him bk in

Regarding Raya it's not about losing his spot. It's about all those individual mistakes costing you points in the long run, just like for Onana. Stay away.

I find team value somewhat useless….more importantly is what is value you can extract from your team.

How come you guys dont have Álvarez, he has more points than Son and os like 2.5m less.

It couldn't have been the RED CARD as the reason for removing Tsimikas. I mean if you need an attacking fullback he would be the one. I think the playing internationally and possible tiredness is more plausible. BTW GOMEZ looked great

Raya will stay in net reason he was brought because ramsdale was costing them points was better the game went on against city and unlucky murdryk cant play football when lobbed freak goal wont be happening again
