I want a new live action movie, a new Anime series, a new Anime film and I don't think I'll ever get my wish of seeing the Guyver as a DLC fighter in Mortal Kombat

.. No, They shouldnt, Because most of you guys dont seem to know what you truly need from it.. And if they bring it back from cryostasis now of all times? All that will happen is that the mistakes of before that drove this franchise into the dirt and cat-corpses is that it will happen three-times three-ways three-times-too-many and then it'll truly be the third-strike of NO-return from it. ..When most of you dont even know how good the unedited original cut of the OVA is to begin with.

Little did David hayater know he would go on to play one of the most iconic game characters ever. You can tell there was a lot of love for the source material with this film. As a guyver fanatic I just treasure guyver 2 dark hero. And seeing all this behind the scenes work blows me away

Same brother. I grew up with this movie. Was one of my favourites. Well before it’s time.

I can’t even begin to explain the nostalgia I’m experiencing from this.

If anything's due for a revival, it's Bioboosted Armor Guyver.

Grim Locke the character had been around for 32 years. yet only has 1 OVA movie, a 12 episode OVA series, and 25 episode anime series. plus an ongoing manga that the author releases with large gaps of time between them. guyver needs a brand new push. a new movie or longer anime series. but something has to happen, it's too good of a series to just be locked in the shadows.

Wow this is amazing! The Guyver was my main childhood hero. Over DC, Over Marvel, all of them. Guyver is definite favorite and hands down the most underrated hero of all time. Also being a big MGS fan, all praise due to the uploader, thank you this made my day.

What an absolute classic that had so much potential! Loved these movies growing up! Thank you for the nostalgia, if I ever direct this will be revived the right way! Limited cgi, proper casting and practical effects with real suits. It could be done.

Shoutout Blockbuster for introducing me too the Guyver on a Friday night when I was a kid. Man I saw that cover and said that looks interesting.

This used to be one of my favourites growing up. Now my boy likes it.

Hi, it's been 25 years definitely time for a sequel or reboot (not remake). If a new Guyver film can be made it will be interesting to see David Hayter write and direct the film. I wonder if David's experience with Guyver Dark Hero led him to the world of voice acting. I'm from Australia and Guyver Dark Hero was my entry point into the world of The Guyver, I saw it at my local video store (R.I.P) in the recommended viewing section, the opening narration of how it's been a year since he first became The Guyver is brilliant no need for a full origin movie just quick back story, (I should mention here in Australia the first Guyver film is known as Mutronics which I discovered years later). If at the time a sequel to Guyver Dark Hero was made and Guyver III (Agito) could of been introduced to Sean I wonder would Mark Dacascos be the perfect choice for the role he is excellent in the movie Drive which was directed by Steve Wang and had a cameo from David Hayter. Thanks.

I see this described as a “low budget” movie a lot, but there’s no way this was a low budget production. The suits, stunt actors and puppetry were all first class. B movie, though? Definitely.

Les Claypool maker of audio from movie says: Man o man. That tune is a blast from the past. I think I composed that for a Steve Wang short movie that we did way before Kung Fu Rascals. I let them use it for that Guyver promo. I also let the guys use it for the Youngblood promo that they were trying to get off of the ground. I can't remember the name of it offhand, I would have to find the CASSETTE tape that is around here somewhere to see what I called it...lol!

I forgot who is David Hayter Is also An American writer.

@@faceduro6719 in japan guyver been reprint many times and different formats, the first manga also was redraw some scene especially with guyver 2, in italy where i m from we have all mangas so, no idea in usa 😅
