    Well I must say that's a delicious looking cirnie.Looks like mine when I make it .Rich ,creamy and flavourful.You reminds me of how my mom and elder sister made it exactly the same way with that orange soda,also the red punch soda too gives it a beautiful light pink colour.Made to perfection.Great job.

    Hello! Just curious...what's the difference with sirnie and parsad?

  • @veela_girl

    @veela_girl

    8 ай бұрын

    They are both a type of halwa, but the ingredients are a little different. Traditionally, parsad (prasada) is the type of halwa offered during Hindu religious functions (pujas). It’s made with ghee and flour and sometimes butter and semolina or cream of wheat. From my experience, sirnee is always made with butter and flour. It’s usually made during Eid or family Islamic prayers. Sometimes it’s even served during Muslim weddings or birthday celebrations. Two optional ingredients that you will never find in prasad halwa are eggs and orange soda or cola champagne. However, when used, they make an incredibly creamy and delicious sirnee. However and whenever they’re made, they’re both equally delicious! 😌😌😌🥰🥰🥰
