The world is asleep. This guy is one the best male vocalists that ever lived along with Bolton and only a handful other guys. Deserves way more subs. This song is brutally honest, and that's one thing I admire about Guy Sebastian

I went to school with a girl with a disability she use to sit in the same spot every lunch time and when people walked past she would ask us to play this , I think about her a lot , she didn’t get to make it to graduation as she passed away I remember we went to her funeral with the school, she was such a fighter and she was more switched on that anyone ever though she was. She didn’t deserve to leave so young, this song means a lot

MrHeyfuckoff It isn't so much the artists, but the company they work for. Modern pop music is formulated and designed to appeal to the masses. They usually target mainly teenagers or the general public that don't care about the content or quality, just how catchy a certain tune is. This song is a part of that. The lyrics are very generic and the masses can relate because of how vague the message is. Change the lyrics completely and I guarantee that people still love it.

Guy Sebastian's music videos are only accessible from Australia and New Zealand. The reason his video view counts are low is because we Aussies aren't giving him as much support. I think before we claim things like, "Americans only listen to American songs", we should support our own artists first.

Yes but NZ have Stan Walker David Dallas etc. But to be honest both of our singers are underrated for example Six60. Aussie and New Zealander singers are both underrated just like everything else. ANZ

Dami is not underrated, because really, she does not bring out great songs on a consistent basis like Guy, Delta, Conrad Sewell and Matt Corby. They are truly flying under the radar. A nice voice doesnt make a great artist, a string of killer songs do.

This song picked me up from a dark place.. lyrics hit close to the heart.. much love to the producers and artists.

3:45. All these years later and 3:45 still hits. Like, boom!! That run, nicely done with such control. This song made me a Guy fan for his vocals, and that's what I mostly heard the first time it came out. But now rehearing this all these years later, it all hits on a different level.
