If I was the manager, I would also expect my juniors to behave and show respect, even if the junior is my friend or relative. It's a different thing if I do not feel like that friendship anymore. I don't think friendship has anything to do with office rules and respect to your boss.

This makes NO SENSE! It is both men's fault. And the majority is Daksh's fault because this is office place. We need to set boundaries when it comes to proffesional life. He cannot talk and do things informally. He cannot even tell personal or childhood things they did together in office. And the other man should explain Daksh what to do and what not to do in office calmly and not lash out at him.

This is the most scariest reality of meeting someone who you knew before is working in the same team as a head😭 No wonder why I hate to take reference of my relatives as a fresher. Even though they might be in a different department but meeting them professionally would give me chills when I have skills rated average 😢
