Liu Xiang's form is very similar to this guy. Many hurdlers nowadays move their upper body all over the place. But look at this, very efficient.

This guy is incredible! Almost perfect!

I'm a young scottish athlete, i run 100m and 200m and i'm about to start training for hurdles. Watching this video and footage of the "Breeze" gives me an understanding of what's so attractive about hurdling and I can't waite to get going!

Guy Drut is amazing! I was a hurdler for a long time and my pb is 13.73, no where near a 13 flat... And i'm french canadian so to me he DA MAN!

This "Guy" is phenomenal. Even tho they're doing faster times now he looks like he's in some kind of hyperspeed. Fantastic technique - makes hurdling look sooooo sexy (along with Dayron Robles!!)

Technically very good - Guy Drut was ahead of his time - can remember him was a privaledge to witness his Gracefull performances !!!

Jack Wang I know this is years too late but no, it’s just a matter of which leg is your dominant leg and what you feel most comfortable doing

There really isnt a difference, the lead leg is dependent on whatever you are comfortable with is all.
