I’m also curious to see the rate to which the player that wins Jump Jump wins the gold at the end of the show. Obviously any first place finish helps you get the gold, but I feel like winning Jump Jump is the true sign of a potential champion.

Jump jump really is a fantastic event, it's right up there with the rings in the obstacle course, only diff is it's a little bit less dangerous and lawsuit inducing. I'm not a junior Olympian or anything and I think jump jump would prob be the most difficult event, it's got all the traits of a good event, timed,physically difficult, requires coordination, and at times is a mental event because the fastest way is to get to the second hurdle and kick off the wall to the bridge instead of trying to jump to it

Y’all missed the funniest part. When Bianca finished the second bungle jump event and the staff member was walking her off, the camera was on her and the staff member flopped her hand around to make her wave at the camera. It looked like she was being held against her will and made to look like she was having fun.

I saw it. She took one of those hurdle posts to the face. She was about to cry, this show was already probably getting a lot of kick back from injury complaints already by then. She kinda looked like she was crying on the podium too. I mean as competitive as I was a kid I probably would have felt like crying too after that complete just one sissies ass kicking.

It is still mathematically possible for Jimmy to win the season - but for that to happen, Jimmy would need to get 1st place and have Jake get 3rd place in every single event in the next episode. The most points possible that can one can gain over their opponent in one episode is 1150. All 1st place finishes: (300 x 4 + 725 = 1925) All 3rd place finishes: (100 x 4 + 375 = 775) Difference: (1925 - 775 = 1150)

More likely that Jake gets a dud picking third than Jimmy gets a GUTS legend. The difference between them is 1080 according to the graphic (which feels like it's probably wrong) which means they each need perfectly good and bad games respectively

I like Joez’ idea for power ups so I wanted to comment my ideas before the end of the season, in case it’s brought up for the meeting. Feel free to add onto or adjust these ideas as you see fit. *2x points for the show* - 1 use per team. By using the power-up, you get double the amount of points at the end of the show-BUT, you have to announce that you’re choosing to use the power-up before seeing the kids, so you don’t know if the crop of kids is good or not. *Force Pick* - 1 use per team. When you have the 3rd pick in the draft, use this power-up to force the 2nd pick owner to select a certain color. The same power-up cannot be used by multiple team owners during the same show (2 teams can’t BOTH use 2x points, but they can use different power-ups in the same show) I feel like 2 power-ups or 1 power-up and 1 power-down per team for the entire season is a good amount, as there will be whole episodes without any used, and there might be episodes where multiple are used. I just think that the final episode of the season, before the Crag-Off, should not have any power ups/downs, to avoid any controversy.

@7:29 Interesting- (probably mentioned before) on the "Spill Your Guts" segments, the background video seems to be the training or auditions- there is a bigger rope net climb and balance beam. Looks like a completely different venue.

Getting the graphics and scores wrong almost every episode--or not even showing them at all--is expert-level trolling.

First time they have changed one event in the middle of a four game series. Wave pool was changed to totally tubular. That wave pool was horrible

Determining draft pick off of finishing place seems better in theory than practice. Can't wait to see how many DQs Jake gets in the next season.

I agree that Jimmy likes to play mind games with his opponents usually, but I think he's right that -175 points is worth it to get the first draft in the final episode.

First pick in the draft definitely gives you the element of you controlling your own destiny, but on the other hand 175 points isn't nothing. It's going to come down to what that final draft looks like. Hopefully team Joezack gets to choose between two little girls in wheelchairs and one all-state athlete with a five o'clock shadow.

maybe picks should be based on current standings instead of last episodes results? Or perhaps do a waiver thing. You can hold your first pick and let someone else choose which would then drop them down the waiver line next game.

I feel like this is the episode (chronological in episode production) where Mike is finding his voice and energy prior to the earlier produced but who knows I’m very high
