The first three years of the original show were on point for reality, the problems, the arguments, all the characters seemed genuine. The two shows of this reboot were refreshing, real discussions, mixed with humor. Rosanne Barr is a genius!

Last Man Standing was cancelled because of the conservative views.

Internet User, the facts prove I'm right. 77% of the adult population of the US claim Christian affiliation and 64% of those attend church once or more per month. Yet we never see any sitcom people even speak about attending church (Tim Allen's Last Man Standing did mention attending church from time to time, but that was an anomaly--and the show was cancelled). Another Gallup poll said 38% of the population identify as conservatives, while only 24% identify as liberals. Oh, and only 3% of the population identify as gay/lesbian. Yet this isn't what we see represented in Hollywood productions. Every show has to have someone who's gay/lesbian, even though they represent such a very small portion of our population--yet no shows show Christian church goers, even though they represent almost half of our population. And as for the number of conservatives, have you seen the map that shows county by county how this country voted in 2016? It's almost completely red, except for a few blue spots in large cities. So, they're accurate in saying that the minute shows start preaching liberal ideals, they're offending half of the US population. If Hollywood believed in true tolerance, this Roseanne show would be just one of 50% of the sitcoms on right now that expressed conservative values. Yet we all know that's not true. And this is why I rarely watch TV anymore. I got tired of them spitting in my conservative eye all the time.

Political Gypsy, so when President Trump cracks jokes and the mainstream media take them seriously, that shows the liberal sense of humor? Oh, and let's not forget Tim Allen's humor. The liberal network high ups didn't care how much people were enjoying his show. They cancelled it anyway (go back and check and you'll see it was one of the highest rated shows at the time WHEN it was cancelled). That only proves that it's not a lack of humor on the right, but on the left, who can't tolerate humor that doesn't fit their political agenda. People are tiring of the so-called politically correct humor that is no longer funny, and the ratings are proving it over and over. I'm not sure why Hollywood feels so threatened by genuinely funny conservatives. But then, I'm not surprised. The self-proclaimed "tolerant" left can't stand anyone whose opinions vary from theirs. Just like you can't stand it that a conservative has dared to say Hollywood is unfair in it's practices because it silences voices it doesn't like. Yep, true tolerance really rankles people like you, doesn't it?

The Roseanne show is not conservative it is bit of both. It is just a human show with a regular poor person view point.

A little story about her. I wrote and did standup. One time in Indy, she was doing a small club and was horrible, really bad. Later, she stood at the door and apologized to everyone at the end of the evening, as they were leaving and promised to try to do better. I always thought that took some class as well as guts..... and she did, do better.

But yeah in the last episode Rosanne sllilled out saying that basically the whole show was her book, Dan never died when he had the heart attack, they never won the lottery, Becky was w David and Darlene with Mark, I'm guessing their playing it out that way because in the new episode, Darlene has a son named Mark. They did make a remark that Darlene was a widow. You'd really have to watch that episode for it to make sense.

Absolutely fantastic! Roseanne was, and still is one of my all time favorite sitcoms of all time. This reboot knocked it out of not only the park but knocked it right out of Landford. Awesome!

Roseanne said in an interview with Kimmel, that the first episode only was political. They set the stage for future reference. I wanted to watch it so bad, but I haven`t had TV in 7 years.

I hope they don't have it kick of the air. Because anything with a conservative flavor. The liberals make a stink about it !

I loved it. It was amazing. Good for her. Shes always pushed the envelope and I'm glad she is. We deserve a voice too.

Now if we could just bring back Last Man Standing, maybe we can start a trend for conservative comedy. In my view, it is far more subtle and funnier than the blatant bashing that goes on in almost all liberal shows.

After 8 years of the Obama tragedy, we could all use a little comedy.

Hated original show but saw this new one last night. Laughed like crazy. This is way better than the old show had to keep your ears open and full attention.

Anyone that actually watched the show, would know that the show was not conservative or liberal, but a battle between both sides,and the truth and peace that lies somewhere inbetween, through love and understanding.

Great show! A remarkable viewership in spite of the minimal advertising permitted on MSM.

If only we could have Last Man Standing come back. It was pretty clear based on the ratings that the show was only cancelled for political reasons.

Great! Just Great... Right after I throw my TV in the trash, a show I actually want to see gets prime time airtime.

Love Roseanne. She is hilarious. She is always surprisingly smart after watching Rubin report. She is hilarious
