During my travels to Colombia, we visited the smallest village called Guatapé. I would consider it the safest village in Colombia, considering the street cameras all over the village and the fact that people are on the streets 24/7. When I asked the locals if it was the safest place, they all mentioned that it was the safest place in Colombia.
