Several things to understand. The placement of the lord - Jupiter in 10h in chart. The sign it is placed - Pisces The nakshatra it falls into according to degree - Purva bhadra, Uttar Bhadra or Revati The lord of the nakshatra they comes under - Jup, Saturn, Mercury Then comes the houses the placement of the planet in chart is aspecting, that is, seeing other houses from the places it is seated. Every planet has special aspects according to the rules in astrology, therefore, Jupiter has 5th, 7th & 9th aspect. According to that rule, Jupiter will be seeing 2nd h from 10 h (5th asp), 4th h from 10h (7th asp) & 6th from 10h (9th asp) ----- In Gem Asc, 2nd h is cancer (sign lord moon), 4th h in Virgo (sign lord mer) & 6th h in Scorpio (sign lord mars). That is why for 4th, u will need to look for the placement of mercury in your chart even under nakshatra placement. Hope this helps.
