For finding female guppies, it's called the "gravid spot" not the "egg sack." Excellent method for colony breeding, most/all your females with your best males. Pull out all males to a separate tank until you can choose any for future breeders. I use a very similar method for breeding my guppies too. 😊

HEy Pitts.pets, I am about 2 hrs north of you. just happened to find your seed video . How is that tank doing today? Do you add any ferts? I believe you said you used a shop light, has that changed?

Hey! Thanks for watching and good to hear. unfortunately no longer have that tank but was a fun project and there are some other videos you can find with more information. I like to experiment with plants and have had success and some learning curves along the way.
