This man just lasted 70 minutes in this year's Royal Rumble match. Obviously I wanted Cody Rhodes to win but this man is the Ironman & the MVP of the 2023 Men's Royal Rumble.

You need to understand that this match was for him to be over as the next big monster, that 10 mins showdown that they had was just a preview of what's gonna happen at Summerslam. They have the Intercontinental Championship on him for a reason, not just for putting stock back into the championship but showing how much of a workhorse title it was prior. Plus, he's got such a presence to him along with his in-ring psychology that's world champion caliber. Better to squeeze a great Intercontinental Championship run before making him world champion

The way it is also used for Ludwig is So good, Gunter walking out first in front of Ludwig despite it being his entrance, with Gunters theme and titantron playing The presentation for Ludwig as a lackey behind another wrestler while not appearing weaker is completely unmatched in the whole time i've watched wrestling. Gunter is the only person that make his ally look stronger by being his announcer/lackey.

I actually liked the "General" theme, but I can't deny this is pretty sick after a couple playthroughs. It'll take a while to become accustomed to, but I don't doubt it'll be long before people are singing the words when he walks out. It's catchy.

I love how Gunther's themes really sound like the phases of a final boss fight. Like, when you first fight him, "General" plays. Then his second form is this. And his final form is his original Symphony No. 9 WALTER theme.

Top 3 NXT callup easy. 230+ days as IC champ, 5 star match with Sheamus and most time spent in a royal rumble match (besides the Saudi one) with 1 hour, 11 minutes and 25 seconds. Just a reminder: this man has been on the main roster for less than a year!

They got it with this one man. Catchy, heelish, badass instrumental. I could see a smart crowd getting into the chants.

Won't lie, definitely gonna miss Symphony No. 9 in E Minor for WALTER but this works well for him as Gunther. Unlike others that have complalned about their names after leaving WWE, he actually wanted to change it since NXTUK. He also wanted to get in shape (and did). Plus you know he has Jenny..

I think that in a sense the name and theme changes actually work. Going from Walter and Marcel Barthel to Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser works better as sounding like more intimidating heel names, and Symphony 9 is legendary, so legendary to the point that its cheered way too much for Walter/Gunther to be a final boss heel. If there is some kind of Imperium reunion and face turn to take on the Bloodline, then the Symphony 9 and Walter name is perfect to bring back.

Who needs pre workout when you've got this theme to listen to!

Roman can go on to face the Rock at mania. It'll be really predictable if it's for the titles. Other than that yes they've failed to create new stars and i want theory to successfully cash in but not anytime this year. He needs to be built a little more. One of the best themes by far gunther is underrated

I speak for many when I say we missed the Symphony No. 9. But this theme goes hard as hell.

Theme is 🔥🔥🔥 someone already said it. Not a generic theme this one really lets you know the beat down is coming.

2 5 star classics in less than a year in WWE

This is not what i usually like, but at least i can give props to them for the effort they put into it, since it's kinda rare

This is one of the better modern themes, but unfortunatley his old theme had one of the best melodies ever,

Right then WWE for the love of all that's right in the world please keep this theme, this is the type of theme that makes Gunther into a "Final boss" of wrestling

This is definitely giving Frieza vibes. But I'd compare Roman's theme more to his Golden form music. This one reminds me specifically of "a tyrant revived".

This man deserves the main title reign i didn't see any incapability in this man

I was expecting to miss the old theme but I actually prefer this.

The greatest Professional wrestler of all time, True Ring General! Him vs Pete Dunne Takeover still can't get that match out of my head, Dragnov, Tyler Bate, Sheamus, Ricochet all had their best matches with Gunther.

I'm proud to have him as my intercontinental champion🔥.
