The pickups are interchangeable, the strings are interchangeable, and the wooden stick gives 1% of the sound from the pickup stack, amp strings, processor, effects pedals, etc. Expensive guitars are not about sound, but about show-offs and ease of play and comfort

Both my grandmothers suffer(ed) with COPD, one is still here and the other passed away this year. COPD however wasn't the cause of her passing. She was near 80. Take care of yourself as best as you can.

The truth is, the only thing that can make anyone stand out in music is innovation and creation. There are so many more amazingly talented musicians than you could possibly have time to listen to that 'worshipping' one over others becomes silly. That's something you learn when you start playing and realize how good you have to be to call yourself a good guitar player. The Dunning-Krueger effect smacks you right in the face haha..

I'm thinking a Gibson Studio or Traditional. Either way, $1,200-$1,500 guitar plus Marshall amps. Regardless, he plays the hell out of it.
