Guns N' Roses - Chinese Democracy(Pre-2008 Mix)
Recorded and completed most likely between 2001 and 2006. Features Brain on drums, Axl's vocals are single, not double-layered like on the final version and the whole instrumental isn't too overdone either(though it's not as heavy-sounding as the earliest demo from 1999).
Note the second-to-final line at the end. Instead of “while their arms reach out for your help” it’s “like if your ass were your head, you can tell”. Axl used this line during live performances only in 2001.

I like the guitars from the demos a lot more. The intro has a more dynamic sound to it.

Best version. Keeps the 1999 beat, redone by Brain, has the extended solo and still features, loud, those groovy pianos on the verses. Plus it misses the dumb drums on the brilliant guitar intro, the double Axl voice and Bumblefoot's dumbass fretless on the verses. 10/10

If you listen to the vocals only of the finalized Chinese Democracy mix. The “While their arms reach out for your help” sounds different and you can tell it’s been edited on later
