Gunna put himself in a category by himself far above his so-called peers. Most impressive thing since he been out if you listen closely, he’s using less autotune on his voice. You can feel it in this song, especially with no drums or 808s at all. This ain’t about having a hit, it’s a statement.

To each their own, but for me, i can't always separate the art from the artist. Sometimes i feel like i really need to accept an artist, in accordance to my own moral standards, atleast what is shown to us as outsiders. With that being said, im still kinda uneducated on this gunna situation. His lyrics are so real, he perfectly conveys the pain and loneliness in his songs now. I feel it, and i feel his pain, but yet again i don't know how to judge the situation he was put in..
