My guess is the killers D.W.I. conviction had such a strong effect on his life that his drug and alcohol problem spiraled out of control and he developed a demonic hatred towards law enforcement. Scary to think how many people have brought this same misfortune upon themselves.

if this was at night why don't they have a drone officer with a night vision camera drone? You have to assess the situation with drones before you go sending officers in there
