So I didn't check completely check how many people tried to explain what Kaleidoscope Haze is about, but from Cold Rain and this one, I've concluded that this is the story of someone who is caught in a cycle of mundane activities. They do the same stuff day in and day out, which most likely led to a lack of purpose... perhaps the Kaleidoscope is exposure to something more or it's a way to express different aspects of life. I believe this would explain why both parts of Kaleidoscope Haze end in suicide without necessarily speaking of self-loathing. This theory is DEFINITELY half-baked, but I believe I might be on to something.

The Existence of Drugs? I mean, in one of the previous songs it uses urban terms for marijuana. And this one it shows a cycle at the end, possibly of addiction...?

I think I figured it out. They're stuck in , let's say a drug world as at the end they sing "forever ever" then it shows 'stuck' so they're forever ever stuck in their drug world/obsession and suicide was the only way out.

I think I figured out what the song means It talks about how the protagonist wants to do something more with their life, but feels as if they are never good enough This leads to thoughts of suicide. They almost go through with each attempt but is always held back by the fear of death or the yearning to still do what they dreamt of. This leaves them in an endless cycle, making them "stuck."

so what I was thinking was that it's not about just one person. Like the first one is about a person who keeps getting into accidents {getting hit by a car, getting caught up in a bank robbery} and then in the end dies. Then the second one is about the friend of that person dealing with depression after the person had died which results in them committing suicide. For this one I'm not 100 percent sure but half of me says that it's more in depth on the person in the 2nd one's thoughts and how they died. The other half says it's a completely different person. I hope this makes sense

this is only first thoughts, but with the theme of suicide in it, and the singer is mostly avvana, I believe this song ties in more with cold rain rather the original, like a back story before she's stuck in the colors as it mentions in the end.

ok ok I could be totally wrong but I just wanted to share my thoughts and how I interoperate this series so far. What I first thought of seeing how the first two were the same song but depicted with very different tones, was bipolar disorder. the first was the manic high and the second was the depressed low. This song I thought was expressing how it feels like your stuck in this cycle. "this is all I'll ever be" being the fear of never getting better. that's just my thoughts for now though if more songs are made they can totally prove me wrong
