It’s okay to talk about some worries and problems, but when they’re constantly complaining about everything little thing , it’s emotionally draining. My mom didn’t have a good childhood and because of the fact that she never really got over it, she constantly trauma dumps on me when we’re talking about something that isn’t even closely related to what she Is trauma dumping about.
