Seeing you smile in every shot you're in makes watching your videos so much better. Every single time I think "Aww look at how much he loves his job, good for him"

Fascinating how he creates the tools he uses to accomplish the final piece, the whole process is an art, he's a genius
It definitely speaks to Amaury's skills that I fully expected it to be operational and dispense gumballs by turning the knob; spoiler alert it isn't, but I feel like it's something he could've done without breaking a sweat

It looks like this was one he made many of (or taught a class to make many), so not spending the time to make it operational in this case makes sense. We all know he can.
He looks like his having fun doing this . He looks happy.

Absolutely unreal! The clarity of the sugar dome is exceptional.
What gets me is how much fun you seem to be having in each video. I love it!

@Cooking Pool you will get 100% of that skill. Chef amaury guichon has opened a new pastry academy in 2019 in which you will get hands on training and instruction by chef amaury guichon himself!😀.

I know the term genius is used too often these days but in this guys case is completely justified. He's probably one of the top pastry chef's in the world and is also a chocolatier too by the expert way he uses chocolate.

I want this level of perfection and dedication in my own field. This guy totally inspires me. The amount of focus and patience these things take is unimaginable to me.

Well executed, a beautiful vibrant artistic composition...In fact, the container part, was, similar, to, the raspberry shortcake in disguise (Heart in cage Proposal Cake!), with 2 layers of a light strawberry sponge with a strawberry syrup, with, a fresh strawberry compote, dipped either in a strawberry chibost or a strawberry & vanilla yoghurt mousse, with a crunchy chocolate base lol...I can't wait to do one of your programs, to, learn all your awesome techniques. I thoroughly, enjoyed, this part, and, seeing, the finish product. The gumballs were brilliant. Magnificent. Merci beaucoup! 👑🍫👸🍫👑...

If you notice, he makes extra parts, he probably makes a few at once, and uses one for these videos to show his amazing work. I have thought this too though, specially with his chocolate sculptures that are just perfect engineering and art...if he recreated them in something long lasting, they would be amazing.....but it must be a passion in creating these things, it's obvious how much he loves what he does 🤗
